Our Story

Welcome to K. Simone Designs! Kelly and Ron Jr. Roberts of sunny California love being on a creative journey together. They are self taught artists and writers. Ron's passion for art started in his childhood and Kelly's started in a recent time.

In 2006, Kelly slipped into debilitating depression and anxiety.  Out of the blue, she thought to make greeting cards. These cards became a beautiful way to stay connected with loved ones. This hidden creativity surprised her as she had no previous arts and craft interest or training. It also had a healing and soothing effect.

Ron encouraged her and together they created some lovely cards. All this was especially exciting for Ron who loved greeting cards and had a long desire to write card sentiments.

Loved ones were so excited to receive these cards and encouraged them to start a business. 2011 K. Simone Designs was born. Kelly created the cards and art and Ron was the writer and editor. Great team work!

Over the years, these cards have been received by celebrities, public figures, women's groups, a business and of course friends and family. We also sold our cards at "Inventori", actress Tori Spelling's former vintage store.

 In addition to greeting cards, Kelly has ventured into drawing, painting and other creative pursuits.
